Public transport to the center of the city 6 min walk. Very easily accessible from the highway. 100m garden path to the house. Well secured. Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. Saaleradwanderweg about 500 m away.

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald in Bischleben on the outskirts of Erfurt. 130sqm living space and 600sqm garden area with terrace & barbecue area. The apartment offers on two floors (duplex) two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms - 6 beds, kitchen, bathtub, shower, balcony, TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and AppleTV. The fully equipped kitchen also has a fully automatic coffee machine for latte macchiato and Co. - see the pictures! There is a parking space right in front of the house.

The creaky stairs lead up to the top floor, where you can settle down immediately in this beautiful town house from 1911 and start your holiday, as the beautiful and the useful are in harmony with each other. This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over the city of Schiller and Heidecksburg Castle. The 80 sqm apartment has partly self-designed furniture, which was manufactured by the in-house company. You will stay in a sunny (southwest-facing) location, close to the center and yet close to the forest for beautiful hiking tours in the grove. One parking space is available right in front of the house. You can relax on the balcony.

"Pure old town" apartment over the rooftops very quiet

The apartment about 100 sqm is located on the 2nd floor old building without elevator and has two bedrooms . In one bedroom, the beds can also be placed separately. Let me know 8 days in advance when I need to separate them. A sleeping couch 160 and a sleeping chair 90cm for 1 person in the spacious living room with open modern fitted kitchen. Shower room with washing machine . In the middle of the old town and yet quiet, as it is located to the backyard.
