This apartment is fresh renovated this year! Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple, or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance.

The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). Studio apartman smješten na najvišem katu kuće, koncipiran je kao open plan a obuhvaća kuhinju sa dnevnom sobom i spavaonicu, kupaonu, balkon sa pogledom na more. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila. Prva plaža udaljena je 50 metara od kuće a centar grada 5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.
