Enjoy my beautiful house on the ground floor with your friends and family. Access to the lake is 2 minutes by car. Private garden with a great view of the pool, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, barbecue and lounge chair. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 24/7 security. 2 bicycles for riding. (bike path leaving the fracc.) Very close to Jardines de México and Arena Teques, restaurants (Vikingos, Cantaritos, etc.) and Oxxo 3 minutes away. 1 parking space. Maximum 6 people. Family friendly. No pets.
