Petite maison d’exception en duplex, dans une charmante rue piétonne, au cœur du quartier latin avec une jolie petite terrassez À 5 min à pied du Jardin du Luxembourg et du Panthéon , 10 min de Saint Germain des près, à 2 pas de la rue Mouffetard et de la place de la Contrescarpe avec ses cafés et ses restaurants. Une atmosphère typiquement parisienne. Transport (métro bus) et commerces à moins de 2 min. Au plaisir de vous y accueillir, et de vous faire profiter de ce joli petit cocon.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

This cute studio lies in the foot of Notre Dame and located on a quiet street. And only 20 meters far from the Seine River. This studio of 25 square meters , 3th floor without elevator was renovated this spring and equipped with kitchen ,washing machine and dryer, bath towels and toiletries. Faces a small courtyard and is extremely quiet all day long. The size of the mattress is 140*195CM. The bedding is brand new cotton sateen, and professionally cleaned after every guest.

A modern kitchen is featured with a sleek countertop and neutral cabinetry. A shelf showcases decorative vases and glasses, while an integrated oven and microwave are visible. A subtle plant enhances the minimalist design, contributing to an overall clean and organized appearance.

You are 5 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro on a very commercial and lively street. You'll love my place because of the brightness and calm in the charming impasse des Carrières. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. Possibility to add a mattress for a third person
