The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to our nice, newly renovated cottage (No. 4) at Nissamåla gård, which is located together with three other cottages with beautiful views of the meadows. New bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and large windows facing the paddocks where sheep and sometimes wild animals can be seen grazing. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.
