A peaceful nest in northern Tel Aviv.

A cosy garden apartment with all the amenities. We're next to a park so it is always quiet here. There's a children's and dogs parks right outside and just across the street are 2 coffee bars, a kiosk, hummus restaurant and many more small businesses. Close by are Park Hayarkon (the largest park in Tel Aviv with many walk paths, creeks and hidden spots) and Ramat HaHayal business district with its many restaurants, markets and bars. Tel Aviv beaches are a quick 10-20 minute drive or bike ride.

The living area features a spacious layout with stylish furnishings, including a brown leather sofa and armchair. A wooden coffee table and a classic side table complement the decor, while large glass doors lead to the terrace, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Cozy little apartment in the Center of Tel Aviv, Cozy sofa, cozy workspace, useful kitchen with everything and Smart TV with Netflix -4K The thing that I love its can become fully dark- for people that like to sleep and wake up without knowing what is the time.. :) Also it’s located on the ground floor- so no need to climb stairs in the heat and humidity:) A disadvantage during the weekdays is that there are buses and noises from construction of the new metro across all Tel Aviv

Central and quiet, the property is very close to the beaches (Banana, Manta Ray etc …), the Carmel Market, Rothschild avenue, Florentine, Jaffa etc … From here, you can easily move around the city with a large choice of buses. The Elifilet tram station is just a minutes walk. Listed since March 2024.
