Want to visit Jærstrendene? Or are you going to fish salmon in Håelva? At the cabin in Nærland you can find tranquility, watch the bird life, stroll down to the beach or barbecue in the garden. There are seating on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is spacious living room and dining room, and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room # 2 (140 cm). Plenty of space for parking. Running water, power and internet. 4 bikes can be borrowed.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

We have been using the winter of 2021 to renovate the old cabin that has been here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy it here at Brekkekanten as much as we do. Hytten kan by på et soverom med til sammen 3 sengeplasser, bad med dusj, romslig kjøkken og koselig stue med sovesofa. Sengene står oppredde, gryter, kopper og kar er på plass, yatzee, kortstokk. Bose DVD hjemmekino anlegg. Stuen er koselig med en meget koselig hyttestemning, Kjøkkenet er romslig med rikelig med skap og benkeplass. Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.
