La casa Ancha, in Lahiguera

Beautiful old house on two floors, currently restored, with careful decoration down to the last detail. It is located next to the 15th century church and the remains of the 13th century tower. Lahiguera is a small olive-growing village with an exceptional and peculiar Semana Santa. It is 10 minutes from Andújar / 25 minutes from the capital Jaén / 50 minutes from the Renaissance cities of Úbeda and Baeza / 1 hour from the monumental cities of Granada and Córdoba, and near the Natural Parks of Sierra Mágina and Andújar.

A 15th century manor house in the historic center of Úbeda. Its unique architecture, restored in 2022, makes the space spectacular and comfortable. Its history and past are unique, having been inhabited by nobles from the 15th century to the 19th century, some of them marquises, others city councilors, and others military personnel in the service of the king. You can enjoy its Mudejar Gothic patio or its Renaissance staircase with a plasterwork vault. And the views of the Casa de las Torres Palace.

Take the whole family to this fantastic home that has plenty of space to have fun. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Close to bus stop supermarkets and leisure and sports areas. Cozy house consisting of three double bedrooms, one with suite bathroom and dressing room, one bedroom in loft with two single beds, living room, large fully equipped kitchen, patio, porch and terrace. In total it has two full bathrooms and a bathroom. Easy to park area.

This is a spacious house with a nice view. It is accessed by the porch and on the first floor has living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. It has three bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The pool and plot are totally independent. It has central heating, fireplace and BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped. We put on sheets, towels and the wood. From the Casa Jurinea Alzar you can visit the World Heritage Cities of Úbeda and Baeza.
