The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

Apartment Jadrija - Two bedroom apartment in a private house with separate entrance. The apartment is located on the second floor, just 50 m from the sea, with beautiful terrace. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 beds), a living room with a sofa bed / double bed, kitchen and bathroom. Also, ground floor is equipped with BBQ on beautiful Mediterian garden, and two parking place on the other side of a house.

Room Poletti 4 - 500 years old stone room

Rooms are located in the magnificent House Poletti-Deljac, stone build 15.st house in the main, Kalelarga Street, just 200m from the St. Jacob’s cathedral. Fully renovated in June 2022, equipped with modern infrastructure, but at the same time preserving majority of inside stone walls and decorated with modern art paintings, by Croatian artist. Guest can enter the House Poletti by themselves using electronic front door lock and locked key storage for the rooms.

Apartment Megi is on the coast of the town of Šibenik. It is located approximately 50m from the main bus station, ship port and the old town center which makes it ideal for anyone who is interested in sightseeing and enjoying everything that the town has to offer. There is parking around the building, and it is charged by zone, but there are also free parking spaces within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Next to the beach, daily ticket €5.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
