This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

Decorated in lovely white and gray; with subtle color splashes reminiscent of Aspen leaves. The private room also has a large kitchenette; microwave and refrigerator included. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.
