Our place is the only bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in 5 acres of garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate rooms for one person downstairs The living room can accommodate a single person, 5 adults, and an infant. We have underfloor heating,air conditioning and a fireplace stove. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool,BBQ and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator so as not to be affected by the power outage. We are only accepting groups of Family,girls and boys.

the pool with Kartepe mountain view is 10 minutes away from Izmite, the pool is hot and covered, and there is a shaded lodge next to the summer. Our house has Wifi Netflix Fireplace Air Conditioning Garden Cinema BBQ and INCLUDES 13 DISHES BREAKFAST in the MORNING. There is a tea and coffee nescafe in our kitchen and is our treat. Although there is no house nearby, it is fully conservative surrounded by 2.5 meters of soundproofed panel walls.

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large and convenient villa, be sure you will be satisfied. There is no heating in our pool. Our facility is suitable for Family Use. A marriage certificate is required to be declared. Min 2 nights stay can be accommodated
