Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.

Large studio + terrace 300 m from the metro

Charming studio, very comfortable and modern. Books, paintings, piano, decor give a very warm atmosphere to the place. Memory foam mattress for a good rest, terrace for breakfast or aperitif. There is only one bed for one or two people 140×200. It is for this reason, among others, that I only accommodate adults in the apartment, moreover, it is not designed to accommodate children. Sorry. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. See you soon!!!
