Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

Paquetá - Gaudi Tower

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.

Recanto das Praias, located in the beautiful Oceanic Region of Niterói/RJ, is a fully independent annex. Separated from the main house by a shared yard, it features a barbecue area, hammock, and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to a futsal court, playground, and two swimming pools (for children and adults). The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.

Hey! We are Henrique and Letícia, and this is the Suíte Tamarindo, or “Tamarind Suite”, our apartment located 50 meters from the promenade of Praia de Icaraí, and a few meters from all the important services for your stay, such as pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. Our Suite is a "studio" type apartment, carefully designed to receive our friends and guests, and can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Casarão Colonial, pratrimony listed by IPHAN, from the beginning of the 20th century, is located in the historic center of the city. Between the 40s and 60s it underwent an architectural reformation in its interior called "twinned", thus becoming a small building/condominium of Four Apartments.
