A new townhouse made especially to provide comfort and tranquility. A large living room combined with the kitchen, laundry and a small barbecue area for family occasions. We have 3 impeccable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The garage is large and can easily accommodate 2 cars (one in front of the other). Our street is very simple, narrow and has no exit. The neighbors are quiet and it is usually a very quiet street. It is not a house for parties and noisy events.

On the premises, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and office, as well as access to the shared garden and swimming pool.
