Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Recently we were referred to as "off the beaten track", but we're actually 6 minutes from Yarmouth, 200 yards from the nearest bus stop and less than 20 minutes walk to the nearest pub. Info sheet available just ask.

Selsey View is a delightful, modern, 4 bedroomed detached family home situated in an enviable location in Shanklin with spectacular 180 degree sea views. It is a short walk from Shanklin’s golden, sandy beaches and the coastal path can be accessed via the gate at the bottom of its pretty garden. The house is the host’s much loved second home and is light, airy and comfortably fitted out. Its sea view balcony has seating, lighting and a bbq making it an ideal place to eat, relax and wind down.

This flat is part of Nettlestone House with separate entrance that gives you the benefit of being within 7 minutes walk of two of the best sandy beaches on the Island (Seagrove bay and Priory bay), with country and coastal walks and sailing from Seaview village and Bembridge Harbour nearby; yet we are also in Nettlestone village within 200 meters of the village shop and a short walk to local pub/restaurants. It's easy to access through cars or public transports.
