Beautiful, seafront home with own access to beach,

Unique, comfortable and spacious 1920's style family seaside home looking onto the secluded Port e Vullen beach. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Plenty of space for entertaining or just chilling. Well equipped with range oven and open fireplace. Peaceful, set back from the road with large established gardens front and back and a spacious parking area. Private patio with built in bbq on cliff overlooking the bay. Private path to the beach. The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Light wood paneling creates a warm interior in the camper. Cozy seating areas are arranged on either side, adorned with colorful cushions. A guitar rests on a patterned rug, and natural light floods through the large sunroof and windows, enhancing the bright ambiance.

Self-contained studio annex on Douglas riverside

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Unique historic lighthouse building in a stunning location with peace and tranquility. Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. (takes about 5 minutes to walk) Short video is available if required.

This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The view is ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries and the occasional cruise shop arrive in port. All rooms are modern and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families. Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.
