The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minutes walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. 1st floor have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and receivingroom. 2nd floor is occupied by the host. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony with seaview. A terrace on top of the house with seaview + overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Famous is also Gigante islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.

A simple room features a double bed with a blue geometric patterned coverlet and two pillows. Natural light is filtered through a blue curtain, while an air conditioning unit is mounted on the wall. A small bedside table holds a lamp, adding soft illumination.
