Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

From the cabin guest are with in walking distance of restaurants, museums and nature trails. Icebergs are common in our waters from May to July, as are whales and numerous sea birds. Our Island is famous for it's great seafood which, in season, is caught daily from the cold North Atlantic. Hostess Theresa will be delighted to assist our guest.
