The house is on a small farm, with paved access. The guest will only walk about 200 meters on a dirt road, but it is very well maintained. The house has amenities such as a swimming pool, leisure areas with a barbecue grill, fish ponds, an orchard and a garden. There is also a camping area that accommodates about 10 medium-sized tents. The Sítio is located between Pedra Roxa (8 km) and Patrimônio da Penha (16 km) and is only 500 meters from Toca da Truta and Vale dos Muriquis. All paved roads.

Beautiful sunset view, a private path surrounded by fruit trees, and even a natural spring you can drink from directly! This private oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway after hiking the Pico da Bandeira, visiting coffee farms, or just enjoying the countryside. Only 5 min from Alto Caparao square. Located in Vila da Pedra Roxa, our house is super spacious and comfortable. If you're looking to re-energize, relax, or spend quality time with family and friends, this is the ideal space for you. Here you can admire the mountains, observe and listen to the birds and take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the Rio do Meio, which passes behind the property. And it doesn't end there: if you prefer a waterfall, there are a few options within a 10-minute drive.

Charming landscape, romantic place in the midst of nature, surrounded by mountains, with a waterfall within the property and others within walking distance. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. The nearest town (Santa Marta) is 4 km away, where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is just 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).

ChaléVistaBella2 is located in Alto Caparaó-MG, close to the entrance of Caparaó National Park (3 min by car) and other tourist attractions in the region. The space is cozy, modern and ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. It has a living room combined with a full compact kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom on the second floor and on-site parking (shared parking with ChaléVistabella1). The chalet is located in the countryside, less than 1 km from the city.

Private paradise on the banks of the Rio Pedra Roxa and its waterfalls, sleep to the sound of the waters and birds. A place to rest and socialize in the heart of Caparaó! The newly renovated accommodations include a complete gourmet area with a barbecue grill and wood stove. Waste treatment with biodigesters respecting nature. There is no correct address with a number and street, so we send the location by GPS, which is the easiest way to get to the site.
