This 2 bedroom, (both bedrooms are en-suites) 2 1/2 bath multi level townhome is perfectly placed amongst the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes, in the waterfront community of Cypress Cove. Cypress cove community offers a pool, gazebo & private boat ramp. The boat ramp is on a canal that provides direct access to Lake Spivey. This townhouse is centrally located, just 1 mile from the Historic District downtown Inverness. Three porches makes this a perfect relaxing destination.

You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River, Dunnellon or Homosassa. Simply perfect!
