Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.

Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
