It's great for a walk, and there's a reservoir 2 to 3 minutes walk along the trail, and if you go further up, there's a heater. (The trail to the reservoir is up the rice paddies to the left in front of the house.) About 5 minutes by car (2.3Km), there is Tongyeong Intercity Bus Terminal, large mart (E-mart, Top Mart, Hanaro Mart), cafes, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Bokrim Beach, where you can see the open sea, is within about 3km (about 5 minutes by car) and is great for a late-night stroll.
