Gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Terrassenanteil. Seeanlagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - alle gut zu Fuß in 7-8 min zu erreichen. Badeplatz mit Kiosk ca. 1,5 km (erreichbar über autofreien Fuß-Radweg). Von November bis ca. Anfang April bietet sich durch die Bäume hindurch ein wunderschöner Seeblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Und von April bis Oktober sind wir von viel Grün und einem schönen Blick ins Landschaftsschutzgebiet umgeben.

Wir freuen uns auch auf Gäste mit Kindern, die herzlich eingeladen sind, unsere Schaukeln, die Rutsche und den Sandkasten mitzubenutzen.

München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
