The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. An ecologically sustainable new wooden house is looking for friendly residents. Modern, comfortably equipped and with everything you need to really relax. Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. For a few days there has also been an outdoor sauna, which serves for relaxation after an extensive hike.

The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
