This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. A pretty house with a yard (dogs allowed)

It is a beautiful detached house with a yard located at the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain. This is the house where my mother-in-law lives. The house on the 660 square meter has 2 rooms and 1 small living room. It's an old house with a kitchen, laundry and toilet. We recently remodeled the bathroom and laundry room and have been refurbished with wallpaper and veneer paint in the rooms, living room and kitchen

[랑이네하우스 4호]는 속초해변 바로 앞에 위치하였으며 속초고속터미널에서 도보로 약10분거리에 있습니다. 사진에서 보시다시피 베란다에선 바다와 송림산책로가 한눈에 펼쳐지며 좌측으로는 속초아이도 보입니다. 외부는 오래된 저층 빌라이지만 내부는 차분하면서도 깔끔하게 보이도록 정말 많은 노력을 했습니다. 함께 하는 여행인만큼 하나의 공간으로 만들면 어떨까 싶어서 투룸형태의 내부를 각 방문을 분리하여 하나의 공간처럼 오픈형으로 만들었습니다. 도보로 5분거리 내외에 카페, 식당, 편의점등 편의시설도 있습니다.
