PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. La casa Aurora è situata a pochi minuti dalle spiagge più belle della costa verde e da attrazioni turistiche come tempio di Antas,Galleria Henry,Grotta di Su Mannau. Presenta un’ampia veranda con vista fantastica sulle montagne,sala da pranzo con soggiorno e divano,bagno con doccia,camera matrimoniale,cameretta e ampio cortile esterno con barbecue,wifi,3 bici,lavastoviglie,microonde e servizi mare. Dista 1300 mt dalla spiaggia,da bar ristoranti e altri servizi,facilmente raggiungibili in bici.

By the sea in the wilderness

It is a house with every comfort, (it is warm in winter and cool in summer). It is part of a large stone house on a hill overlooking the sea. It is in the middle of an 11,000-square-meter park we own, with olive and juniper trees and Mediterranean scrub surrounded by pine forests and sand dunes, in a breathtaking landscape. Silence dominates unchallenged and helps the utmost relaxation. There are ample parking lots and outdoor spaces with sea views. We love dogs and cats and they are welcome.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and welcoming nest of love, suitable for those who want to have sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plains, hills and mountains and a living, authentic tradition
