A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

Umieru shiro is a private inn built in a village overlooking a quiet cove. You can spend time on the deck overlooking the sea and listening to the sound of the waves.A space surrounded by the warmth of wood, it can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults + 1 extra bed).Great for families and friends. The first floor has a bright living room and kitchen, and the second floor has a bedroom and a bench by the window.Equipped with Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer, it is recommended for long-term stays and workations. If you want to enjoy both sightseeing and accommodation, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more. You can enjoy the charm of this place more deeply by visiting Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate during the day and spending a quiet time at the inn at night. It is 30 minutes by car to Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate, and is convenient as a base for sightseeing.Within walking distance, there is the highly transparent "Kotohikihama Beach" and walking spots, so you can enjoy different ways of spending time depending on the season. Experience "living like a local" in a place a little away from the bustling tourist spots.

Limited to one private villa per day. The semi open-air bath with 100% natural hot springs overlooks the Sea of Japan. Enjoy the contrast between the nature of Kyoto and the Sea of Japan, and the slow flowing luxurious time. Relax in the dining room with a spacious countertop kitchen.You can also enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck with a view of the sea. All 3 bedrooms. Please enjoy your time with your family, friends, couples, etc. while also securing a private space. In summer, we also recommend swimming in the pool and at the beach, which is 5 minutes from the inn. Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
