Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Our cottage is located at the bottom of our garden. This completely independent annex (with private access) of our home is ideally designed to accommodate friends and travelers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available.
