nice to meeting you.We started hosting private lodging in November 2023.I enjoyed hosting another room in mid-December, and I started a third room in April 2024. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Bldg.! It is a popular area in Nakajima Park. It is in a good location that can be accessed on foot in 10 minutes to Susukino and 5 minutes to Nakajima Koen subway station. It is a convenient location for sightseeing anywhere in Sapporo. This is a beautiful room that opened in June 2025. It is a convenient location with many hot springs and convenience stores, restaurants, coin laundries, car rental shops, drug stores, etc. within a 10-minute walk. There are also many parking lots in the vicinity, making it convenient for visiting by car. It is completely private, and has everything you need, such as appliances and cooking utensils. There are a total of 4 rooms in the same building, and a maximum of 10 people can stay (please check the reservation status).
