The Chalet Wiesenhäusel is located in a year-round sunny location in the Leutasch Valley in the Seefeld Olympia Region overlooking the surrounding mountains. After the interior renovation in fall 2020, it can accommodate a total of 9 people in two separate apartments. The fully equipped apartment for up to 4 people in the basement offers you: 1 bedroom (beds can be set up individually or as a double), bathroom, kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed, terrace, as well as washer + dryer.

It is perfect for those who look for a ''home away from home'' an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m above sea level) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!

The "Apart Adlerhorst" is only a 2-minute walk from the famous "Benni Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the large living area, where the large dining room, spacious kitchen and passage to the 3rd bedroom. The fireplace gives the beautiful room the finishing touches. IMPORTANT: Upon arrival, a guest registration must be completed and the local tax of €4 per person per night must be paid. The final cleaning is €100 cash upon arrival.
