Fab, five bedroom Georgian house with fine sea views from most of the rooms. It's on a quiet road on the North Devon coast, ideally placed for those who enjoy the outdoors, with coastal walking on the doorstep and wonderful beaches all within easy reach (Woolacombe being the nearest surfing beach.) Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Seaside cottage, 4 mins stroll to Hele Bay

My place is close to Hele's sandy and pebble beach with great views over the Hele/Berrynarbor hills and on a bus route to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility to excellent coastal walks on the SW Coastal Path. Pub within 4 mins walk, take away Hele’s kitchen serving good food and our Hele Cornmill, the 'Best Tearoom in Devon' (2013/2014/2015/2017 Devon Life Magazine). My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

My place is 5 minutes walk to the South West Coastal Path with great views and the famous Tunnel Beaches. Within walking distance there is a wide range of restaurants and dining, free beaches and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space with views , the neighbourhood, the light, the comfy beds and the kitchen. Thatched Devon Cottage beside stream near beach

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
