Ideally located to the west of the pedestrian area of Bouffay and served by an elevator, it offers a lovely view of the bell tower of Sainte-Croix Church (17th century) from the living room window. Inside, the apartment, renovated and furnished in 2025, offers modern amenities, with a musical touch enhanced by a piano at your disposal.

The studio is bright, its 20 m2 area is furnished to make you feel good. It consists of a main room with kitchenette, coffee table, bar table, refrigerator, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, dishes. The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal and you will have access to Wi-Fi as well as quality bedding (Bultex bed frame and mattress). Towels and iron are also available. Located 2 minutes from the tram (Aimé Delrue) and 10 minutes from the city center

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
