Bright and comfortable apartment, on the 2nd floor with elevator access. It is located on a quiet street behind the Jardin des Plantes, a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the center of Nantes. It is also a 5-minute walk from the T1 tram that goes directly to the center, in front of the Île de Nantes and the La Beaujoire Stadium for soccer matches. Possibility to use the common parking of the residence on request. Private garage possible for stays of 3 nights or more.

Very friendly apartment, near the Hôtel de Région.

Quiet apartment and yet so close to the city center. Between the Hôtel de Région, the Loire and next to the CRAPA (sports course). Line 26 at 150 m takes you to Commerce, BusWay 5 at 300 m will take you to the station. The BEAULIEU shopping center 15 minutes walk, some shops nearby open on Sundays until 7 pm. And above all, the 50 m² apartment is very friendly, because you could invite (extension table, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, and beautiful terrace).

Our house, built in 1928, went through a lot of work in 2020. We have created a two-room apartment for you with access to our pretty garden (with trampoline for children). The accommodation can also be used as a place to work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). Wifi available, parking in front of the house, tram stop and shops (around the church) 3 minutes' walk and SNCF train station 15 minutes' walk.
