This is a house for 4 people. Located at the end of the Beugasses cul-de-sac, on a 630 m² plot, you will find the calm for an unforgettable vacation. Please note: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August; outside this period, rental is by the night. The house is declared for rent at the town hall of Ile d'Yeu and has a registration number - No. 85/11/30/00/38/514

Small house (32 m2), bright with terrace and private garden. Small fitted kitchen, shower-wc room and bedroom with double bed separated from the living room. There is no possibility of adding a baby bed (baby cot or other) in the bedroom. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The house, located at the bottom of our garden, is at the exit of the port and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops.
