Guest apartment in an old school

At La Possibilité d'une île, we welcome you to the former Boyardville school, which has been renovated into an eco-friendly building. We have created our main house there, as well as two apartments available for vacation rental. The first, Azyadé, in tribute to Pierre Loti, writer and great traveler of the late 19th century born in Rochefort and buried in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, evokes with small touches the 19th century and the Middle East. The second, Trinidad with its warm colors evokes Cuba.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 50 m2 apartment with private terrace. Downtown is 500 m away and beaches are 900 m away (via the city center). Ground floor: Entrance to living room with sitting area, TV. Modern open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with 140 cm double bed + sink and shower area. Terrace with garden furniture, relaxation area with deckchairs, plancha.

L'Atlantique par Les Marées d'Oléron Récompensé 4 étoiles en 2018 par l'office de tourisme de la Charente-Maritime, l’appartement est ensoleillé et spacieux avec une vue fantastique sur l'Atlantique depuis la terrasse. Avec son équipement et finitions luxurieux et situé à 50m de la plage et à 100m du centre du village avec son port de pêche, restaurants et magasins. Charming, comfortable home.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Shops, market, beach and aquatic center are a 5-minute walk. Thalasso is a 10-minute walk. You have the thermal spa treatments of Rochefort a 20-minute drive in one direction, and the port of La Rochelle a 20-minute drive in the other direction. Ideal for a couple, but also with a child. The accommodation is new and fully equipped. Highlight: EV charger.
