Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Studio in central location. (Wi-Fi)

In the city center, small studio of 12m2 on the ground floor in an old building, bright. Dynamic district, at the foot of the Chu (tram stop Aime Delrue) Convertible sofa, Bultex 140×190 mattress not very thick but comfortable (9cm thick). There is also a mezzanine with a mattress one place. Since the studio is small, we recommend only one guest during the stay. However, it is possible to come to 2. (Please note, the mezzanine can only accommodate one guest.
