The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

This Villa has tremendous views, a secluded swimming pool surrounded by lavender bushes, and is only few kilometers from bars and restaurants. It is a spacious and well equipped place for up to 6 people to stay, somewhere gorgeous and serene yet still within 45 minutes of all of Umbria's tourist attractions. Gas heating, Air conditioning, WiFi, SMART TV, free firewood and a BBQ. Recent new wooden deck, pool patio tiles and an extensive kitchen refresh.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Nice and comfortable 22 sqm accommodation located in the historic center of Marcellano, a medieval village known and much appreciated in Italy for the suggestive live nativity scene that takes place during the Christmas holidays. Away from traffic and city chaos, from here, in a few minutes by car, you can reach all the main Umbrian cities and villages. Non-private parking but always available in the town square 20 meters from the property.
