Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before arriving in Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It is a virgin place at the foot of the logos forests. There is a field, fruit trees, and a fire area inside the land. There is a stream through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. It's surrounded by sparse homes with 5 to 8 acres of land. It's a small charcoal made up of photographer, painter, designers.

Pink House is in the center of İğneada; 150 m to the sea and 5 min to the forest. 10 min. walk to Mert Lake and Longoz Forest. It is close to the grocery store and restaurants. It has a private garden and is for the exclusive use of the renter. It offers accommodation for up to 6 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and an additional 1 'L' sofa + 1 portable bed. Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

See my other listings on my profile. A tree house experience surrounded by animals and nature awaits you. This small house, which ✨ is all wooden, has two separable single beds. There is a mini fridge and an electric stove, for which we haven't added images yet. There is a water heater in the bathroom. Heating is provided by a wood stove.
