The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

You’ll find our new renovated holiday flat in the small village of Vill, a district a little outside of Innsbruck. It’s situated at the south low mountain range and you can get there by car or by public transport within 10 minutes from downtown Innsbruck. It’s a perfect place for all who are looking for rest and privacy still being close to downtown. The apartment offers three rooms for up to five people at a size of 75 square meters.
