Bright, modern apartment with one master bedroom with tvo single beds and a bedroom with a double bed that is screened of from the living room with blackout curtains . It is optional to add a bed for a child in the master bedroom and possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The apartment has a new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with a laundry machine and a drier. There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the swimming pool www.sundlaug.is and just outside the apartment stops a bus no14 that drives down town to Reykjavik's city-center and to the main mall Kringlan the trip takes less than 15 minutes.

Nice and cozy apartment on the top floor, in just one minute walking distance from Laugavegur Shopping Street, three minute walking distance from the famous church Hallgrímskirkja and also three minutes away from the Swimming Hall. Bonus, grocery store, is 90 seconds away. Much included as you can see on the list - very fast internet. The apartment is available for 4 people, perfect for 2. Shops, bars and restaurants on every corner, up and down Laugavegur.
