Langaborg Guesthouse

Welcome to Langaborg Guesthouse, a recently built hidden gem with a unique view over Sauðárkrókur (7km away). The guesthouse is next to our home. The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa.

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

Cosy and spacious apartment located in a private and quiet area in Hvammstangi. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre where you can find the supermarket, restaurant and liquor store. Private patio with a nice view over the country side. The apartment is equipped with a smart tv, Chromecast for easy access to Netflix, Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, washer, dryer, dishwasher among most common kitchen appliances.

Converted Water Tower

A three floor uniquely converted modern water tower and a first purpose built Micro house in Iceland. The water tower was build in 1960 then converted to a Micro house in 2017. The view from the tower is unique with lava fields, craters, mountains and the cost line. Only 5 min away from the Blue Lagoon. One of the closest house to the Volcano in Geldingadalir Grindavík

Reynir cottage, Reynisfjara, black beach

A cozy two bedroom cottage located on the farm Reynir on Reynishverfisvegur 215, 7km away from the town Vík. From the terrace you'll enjoy a nice view over the black sand beach, Dyrhólaey peninsula and Mýrdalsjökull in all of its glory. The house suits perfectly for a family of 4-5 people.
