The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Ιδανικό για καθηγητές και δασκάλους αφού βρίσκεται σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων από το δημοτικό και γυμνάσιο Ευδήλου!! Η άφιξη στο κατάλυμα ολοκληρώνεται αφού ανεβείτε μερικά σκαλοπάτια!

Δυαράκι Καραβόσταμο

Θα περάσετε υπέροχα στην ήσυχη γειτονιά μας. Αν και υπάρχει μικρη ελεύθερη θέα προς τη θάλασσα το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά (με τα πόδια) μακρυά απ την παραλία και πλατεία του χωριού(Καραβόσταμο), 15 λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το όμορφο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου Ικαρίας και 25 λεπτά πάνω κάτω απ τις όμορφες παραλίες και περιοχές της βορείου Ικαρίας (Κάμπος, Γιαλισκάρι, Αρμενιστης, Μεσακτή). Καλώς να ορίστε και να εχετε ενα όμορφο καλοκαιρι.

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια ήρεμη απόδραση. Απολαύστε την ομορφιά της Ικαρίας σε ένα μέρος με υπέροχη θέα και μοναδικά ηλιοβασιλέματα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 2 χλμ απο την πλατεία Καραβοστάμου οπου εχει cafe, ταβέρνα, φούρνο, mini market και 8 χλμ απο το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου.
