It is equipped with all the electrical appliances you will need for your vacation. The large terrace overlooking the Icarian Sea will help you relax and enjoy your stay, using it in any way you wish. Within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, bars as well as beaches such as Mesachti, Livadi and of course Armenistis!

The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.

Welcome to our beautiful beach house in Xilosirtis, Ikaria island. It is recently built and can provide accommodation for up to 3 people. It features a stone paved yard where you can relax, eat and enjoy the sea view as well as a flower garden beneath. Just 3 minutes on foot to the beach and a 7 minute drive to Agios Kirikos, the capital of the island, it is ideal for relaxing and memorable vacations.

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!

The studio is located by the sea, above Karavostamos Beach. It is 5 km from the port of Evdilos and is next to a mini market, a bakery, tavernas, cafés, and bars. It is ideal for couples and groups. The balcony in the photos is a shared balcony between my two rooms and is located 2 meters away from the property.
