There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The washing machine is located in the basement. The parking space is at the house. In the carport, there is space for bicycles. The 2-storey property is a typical example of the regional architecture and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. Perfect for commuters, the Swiss border 5-10 minutes away by car. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafés. Nearest bus stop: 2 min walk
