The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. This newly built studio apartment (Winner of 2019 Historic Preservation Award) is a centrally located accommodation for guests who love to walk or for those who want to have a more urban experience in Santa Fe. We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.
