The cottage is characterized by exclusive material choices, and the large windows frame a fantastic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove and induction cooktop. The cabin is built for year-round use and has in-floor heating and a wood-burning stove. With one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two beds of 120 cm, the cabin is well suited for four people, however, we do not recommend small children in the loft. Large terrace overlooking the midnight sun, northern lights, sea and mountains. There is free parking right outside.

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Welcome to Lyngværstua /Aurorahouse. Ceramic workshop: in the autumn/winter season i offer ceramic workshops View the northern lights from our terrace, kayak the lagoon from the beachfront. Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. Walking distance to mountains and beach. Good opportunities for fishing for sea trout right outside the living room door. Cross country slope 100m from the cottage. Sun from early morning to late evening. The perfect starting point for an active and relaxing Lofoten holiday!
