Luxurious accommodation in converted barn

Sure, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to gardens, forest and lake! In 2022, we embarked on an exciting project to transform the barn on my grandfather's parent farm into a luxury leisure home. In May 2023 we finished the one apartment and in the autumn the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the patio in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Loading the car is included in the price.

A simple home for 1-2 people by the river Tidan. Here you have your own small house with bed, TV and closet. On the farm there is parking, breakfast porch, which is shared with the hostess, and the opportunity to take a swim in the flowing river. Past guests have jokingly called the place “Baltak bad hotel.” In the main house there is a shower and toilet with own entrance. Baltak is located 5 min from the old mill site Tidaholm and 10 min to Hökensås with fishing, MTB and hiking areas. Wifi and bed linen included.

Quiet and peaceful, with nature close by and views of Lake Vättern. The house is 95 m2 and very well-equipped and fresh. Private fenced garden with garden furniture and grill, as well as garden games. Beautiful walking paths, 3 km to the nearest community with nice shops, grocery store and health center. Possibilities for berry picking in July, August. Moose and deer can be seen from the house every now and then. The house is connected to a ceramic workshop . Possibility to charge their electric car for a small fee

Peaceful spacious house on beautiful farm in Tenhult with proximity to forest, lake and nature. Here you live all by yourself and have an access to the entire house. The host couple lives in the house next door but from afar. Close to communications such as buses and trains that take you into Jönköping C in 14 minutes. With car equal travel time. To Elmia about 12 minutes by car. Free parking on private carport at the property. Tenhult downtown within walking distance with shops and restaurants.

Welcome to a calm and peaceful environment out in the country with nature around the corner. With nice hiking trails. The house is 129 square meters. Located on the heigh. So you have a view of Bankeryd and lake Vättern. Jönköping city is approx. 20 minutes by car. Elmia is 25 minutes by car. Supermarket for buying food you have Willys in habo. As well as smaller grocery stores in Bankeryd such as ICA and Coop. Domsand is a swimmingbeach in summer, which is 5 minutes by car from the house.

Stugan är helt nyrenoverad med en braskamin på undervåningen, här finns matbord, kök, toalett och en bäddsoffa samt utgång till en stor uteplats. Spiraltrappa för att komma till övervåningen där 4 sängar finns, garderober samt ett litet skrivbord och ett par fåtöljer.
