The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining seats. You will arrive there directly when you enter the apartment. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and of course a stove and oven. To your right you will find the bedroom with double bed, TV, desk and two comfortable armchairs to relax. In this room there is a wardrobe, another chest of drawers for your clothes and a work area with a sideboard. This room faces south-west. You have sun there all day and in the evening. A veranda with seating is also exclusively available to you. To your left is a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with cabinet, window and a bathroom radiator. There is a pleasant floor heating throughout the apartment.

The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
