A very nice modern design villa (± 190 m2)! 5 bedrooms with 2-person box springs and 3 folding beds. 3 bathrooms with sink, shower, 1 bath and toilet. And a separate toilet. A super nice kitchen (Bulthaup), with stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. With a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the water with a private jetty with canoe on a spacious plot (±750 m2). In the middle of nature. Near Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolphinarium, Walibi, etc.

There is a possibility to get from the house at the top of the city wall, where there is a small seating area. Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants, boulevard with beach and harbor, a cozy city center with shops and restaurants. The Dolphinarium is within walking distance. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Ons zelf ontworpen vakantiehuisje met 2 slaapkamers ligt op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, midden in de velden. Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.
