Welcome to Sunny Hill Road ! We are located in a small community of private homes in an open space overlooking the mountains. This one bedroom unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Catskills. Relax on the private deck or inside with amazing views from every window. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook a full meal and then enjoy it in the dining room overlooking the mountains. It is quiet and restful here, amazingly beautiful in all four seasons!

It is an open plan room that can be configured as needed, featuring two "aerial silk" hammocks that double as swings. It's in the heart of Downtown Troy, close to RPI, EMPAC, The Troy Music Hall, The Farmers Market, and the Takk House. Right outside your front door is 800 acres of hiking trails. You are surrounded by a mature forest, with loving and social goats, geese, ducks, kitty, and pups. The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show.
