Our place is a newly renovated unit in a multifamily house. We are an 8-10 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train Station that takes you into NYC in as little as 10 minutes. We are also under 5 minutes walk from multiple eateries + supermarkets, and a 3-5 minute walk from the cultural street of Indian Square in Jersey City. Our place is located on a quiet st and provides you a comfortable place to relax and unwind, while still being close enough to the action and liveliness of the city.

A private small attic room without cleaning fee

This small room is only about 10 by 8 feet on the third floor with shared small bath room with another room.There is almost no space to move around. Ductless AC provides cold air. I promise I change sheets, pillow cases and towels every time. If you are picky of space , please go around. I don’t want to upset you and then give me a bad review. Again，this room is always fully booked.Mattress is from Costco too. 15 minutes away from Newark airport. 30 minutes away from downtown NY.

Hi, I look forward to being your Host and sharing a fantastic experience. The 5-star review speaks for itself. This is a share house with private rooms. Each room had a desk for remote workers. The area is quiet and secure, with a supermarket within walking distance. We have street parking for free. We are located 17 minutes from Newark airport. And 35 minutes drive from downtown Manhattan. (50-55 minutes using public transportation from NY pen station)
